## 🚨 JOB OPPORTUNITY – FM SUPERVISOR
**Golden Noura Operation & Maintenance Co.** is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **FM Supervisor** to join our Operations & Maintenance team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.
### Position: FM Supervisor
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate all **Facility Management (FM) activities**.
* Manage and monitor both **Hard Services and Soft Services**.
* Supervise technical maintenance activities, including:
* ❄️ HVAC Systems
* ⚡ Electrical Systems
* 🚰 Plumbing & Water Systems
* 🏊 Swimming Pool Systems
* 💧 RO Plant Operations
* Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are properly planned and executed.
* Monitor technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
* Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and performance updates.
* Coordinate with management and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Lead the FM team and ensure efficient manpower utilization and productivity.
### Requirements:
* **Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering** preferred.
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar **Facility Management / Maintenance Supervisory position**.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Swimming Pools, and RO Plants.
* Excellent **supervisory, leadership, and managerial skills**.
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in residential compounds, hospitality, commercial facilities, or similar environments is an advantage.
* **Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi work status** preferred.
