• Strong experience in building finishing works
• Knowledge of blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, ceilings, doors and other architectural finishes
• Able to read drawings and properly coordinate workers and subcontractors
• Capable of monitoring quality, productivity, materials and daily site progress
• Previous construction foreman or supervisor experience is required
• KSA construction experience is an advantage
• Must be available in Saudi Arabia and willing to work in Jeddah
• Transferable Iqama is preferred
