📍 Location: Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong practical experience in both MEP & Civil estimation, along with the ability to develop customer relationships and secure new projects.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations for MEP & Civil works.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
• Prepare material quantity take-offs and pricing.
• Calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Identify new project opportunities and generate business leads.
• Visit customers, understand project requirements, and follow up on inquiries and tenders.
• Negotiate with customers and support successful project awards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in both MEP & Civil estimation and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and Civil construction works.
• Existing customer network in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Construction projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, estimation, and commercial skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation software/tools.
• Valid Saudi Iqama is mandatory.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
