Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Handled counter sales of spare parts for American vehicles, including Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and other major brands.
Assisted customers, workshops, mechanics, and vehicle owners in identifying the correct spare parts according to vehicle model, year, engine type, and part requirements.
Provided product information and recommended suitable OEM and aftermarket alternatives based on customer requirements and budget.
Prepared quotations, invoices, sales orders, and delivery notes accurately.
Checked availability of parts through stock records and coordinated with the warehouse/store team for immediate issue and delivery.
Maintained good relationships with workshops, garages, fleet customers, and walk-in customers.
Followed up on customer enquiries, pending orders, special-order items, and backorders.
Received and inspected incoming spare parts and ensured proper identification, labeling, and storage.
Assisted with stock checking, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and identifying slow-moving items.
Handled customer complaints and provided professional after-sales service.
Supported sales growth by identifying customer requirements and promoting suitable products and alternatives.
Maintained accurate records of daily counter sales, customer orders, and stock movements.
Worked effectively in a multicultural Saudi-market environment and maintained professional communication with customers and suppliers.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التعامل مع مبيعات قطع الغيار الخاصة بالسيارات الأمريكية مثل شيفروليه، GMC، فورد، دودج، كرايسلر، جيب وغيرها.
- مساعدة العملاء وورش الصيانة والميكانيكيين وأصحاب السيارات في تحديد القطعة المناسبة حسب موديل السيارة وسنتها ونوع المحرك ومتطلبات الإصلاح.
- تقديم المعلومات الفنية عن المنتجات واقتراح بدائل OEM وبدائل تجارية مناسبة حسب ميزانية العميل.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والفواتير وأوامر البيع ومستندات التسليم بدقة.
- التحقق من توفر القطع عبر سجلات المخزون والتنسيق مع فريق المستودع لإصدارها وتسليمها فوراً.
- بناء علاقات جيدة مع الورش، الكراجات، عملاء الأسطول، والعملاء المباشرين.
- متابعة استفسارات العملاء والطلبات المعلقة والطلبات الخاصة وطلبات القطع غير المتوفرة.
- استلام وفحص قطع الغيار الواردة والتأكد من مطابقتها ووضع الملصقات وتخزينها بشكل صحيح.
