Testing & Commissioning Engineer – SCADA / RTU / Electrical

I am an Electronics Engineer with practical Saudi Arabia experience in testing and commissioning of SCADA, RTU and SAS systems at electrical grid stations.

Experienced in:
• RTU 560 / C264 systems
• Signal testing and verification
• I/O checks and RTU configuration
• Hardwired / softwired signals
• Commands, status, alarms and measurements
• SOE testing
• Communication troubleshooting
• End-to-end signal testing with Control Center
• Technical testing records and documentation

My previous electrical experience includes 110 kV and 380 kV OHTL maintenance, HV switchgear, protection systems, circuit breakers, isolators and power-system equipment.
