My focus is simple: getting critical lifts done safely, efficiently, and strictly by the book. I design and approve engineered Lift Plans, work through complex load charts and rigging setups, and make sure ground conditions are solid before any weight leaves the dirt. Day-to-day, I'm out on site leading rigger crews, crane operators, and banksmen-setting high safety standards (LEEA, LOLER, BS 7121) and keeping work moving without incidents.
