I am looking for quiet and decent individual to share my spacious 2nd-floor apartment in a calm, family-friendly building.
About the Apartment
• Big, airy apartment on the 2nd floor, Urouba Street, near kingdom tower, just beside Othaim Hyper market. Grocery is no problem at all.
• Shared bathroom with 1 person only.
• Large shared kitchen – clean, easy to use, no issues with sharing, dedicated storage for personal items will be provided. Microware, Stove, fridge are available.
• Monthly cost: 1400SAR (must pay 3 months advance)
• Internet, electricity, and water and gas bills are excluded from the room rent and will be shared fairly among tenants.
Bed, table, chair, sofa, almirah, window AC are installed in the room.
Baqala is available just the ground floor of the building.
Metro Bus station is available just beside the building.
Metro train station is also just 7 minutes walk.
Restaurants are just across the road.

Looking For
I try to maintain a simple, peaceful, and clean lifestyle, and I kindly prefer tenants who are comfortable with the same:
• Non-smokers only
• Pakistan national preferred. India national (only Muslim) is also welcome.
• Someone who lives a simple and modest life
• Silence-loving and respectful of others’ privacy and rest
• Prefer a religious / spiritually inclined person with good manners
• No friends’ gatherings or parties in the apartment
• A person who minds his own business, friendly but not intrusive
• Clean, responsible, and respectful of the home
Bathroom will be shared with myself. i keep bathroom clean, i expect the tenant should also be the same.
This place is ideal for someone who wants a quiet, comfortable home, whether after work or studies, and wishes to live peacefully without disturbance.
