China Railway 18th Bureau is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Engineer for major High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel Projects.

Senior Contract Engineer
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.
Candidates must have extensive experience in High-Rise Building projects and 4/5-Star Hotels.
At least 80% of total experience must be in high-rise building construction.
Experience with major contractors, consultants, and international contract standards is preferred.
⚠️ Important Note:
CVs without High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will not be considered.
Candidates who do not meet the 80% high-rise experience requirement are requested not to submit their CVs.
👍Key Responsibilities:
Review, administer, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
Prepare and evaluate contract documents, claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT).
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and company policies.
Support commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and commercial teams.
Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, and reports.
Assist in dispute resolution and claim management.
Maintain proper contract records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
