Here are the core details:
• Two screen sizes. It comes with a 3.5" or 7" color touchscreen, and the 7" model includes a built-in SIP intercom.
• Dual cameras. Two 1080p cameras, one visible light and one infrared, capture the face.
• Strong AI. The reader uses Para vision's AI algorithm, which is ranked in the global top 10 by NIST.
• Rugged build. It has an IP65 rating and tamper detection, and it works in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.
For UAE sites that deal with heat, dust and heavy foot traffic, this durability matters.
HID Amico is a strong option for businesses that want fast, touch-free and secure access. Its dual cameras, anti-spoofing, multiple credential options and support for open standards make it a good fit for modern UAE workplaces. When you pair it with HID Aero controllers, HID Mobile Access and a well-designed access control system, you get security that is easy for staff to use and easy for administrators to manage. The right installation partner makes the difference between a system that merely works and one that performs reliably for years.
