A Heavy Driver in Bahrain safely operates heavy commercial vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment across the country while complying with Bahrain traffic laws.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and maneuver heavy vehicles safely along planned routes.
Inspect vehicle conditions (tires, brakes, engine, lights) before and after trips.
Load, unload, and secure cargo properly.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and transport documentation.
Follow the General Directorate of Traffic (GDT) regulations in Bahrain.
Core Requirements
Valid Bahraini Heavy Driving License.
3+ years of proven heavy vehicle driving experience.
Good knowledge of Bahrain’s roads, industrial zones, and GPS tools.
Physical fitness for long driving hours and minor loading tasks.
Basic communication skills in English, Arabic, or Hindi.
