* شهادة مهنية أو فنية معتمدة في مجال السباكة.
* خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في أعمال السباكة، ويفضل في قطاع المقاولات.
* إجادة قراءة وفهم المخططات الهندسية ومخططات السباكة وMEP.
* إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD وقراءة المخططات من خلاله.
* خبرة في تنفيذ شبكات المياه الباردة والساخنة وشبكات الصرف الصحي.
* خبرة في تركيب الأدوات الصحية والخلاطات والمضخات والخزانات والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
* القدرة على تنفيذ أعمال الاختبار والضغط والكشف عن التسريبات.
* القدرة على تشخيص الأعطال وتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح.
* الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة في مواقع العمل.
* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين.
English – Requirements:
* Technical or vocational certificate in Plumbing.
* Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in plumbing works, preferably in the construction sector.
* Good ability to read and understand plumbing and MEP drawings.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Experience in installing cold and hot water supply systems and drainage networks.
* Experience in installing sanitary fixtures, mixers, pumps, water tanks, and related systems.
* Ability to perform pressure testing and leak detection.
* Ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems and carry out maintenance and repairs.
* Commitment to technical specifications, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with engineers and supervisors.
