China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Technical Low Current Engineer to join our construction project team.
🔹 Position: Technical Low Current Engineer
🔹 Experience: 10+ Years
⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Low Current / ELV systems.
Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4 & 5-Star Hotel projects.
At least 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Candidates without relevant high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and coordinate Low Current/ELV drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical documents.
Supervise and monitor installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, SMATV/IPTV, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Intercom and other ELV systems.
Review material submittals, technical submittals, method statements and RFIs.
Coordinate Low Current systems with Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural and other MEP disciplines.
Review BIM models and coordination drawings and resolve clashes and technical issues.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards and authority requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
Monitor testing, commissioning, inspection and handover of Low Current systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
Prepare technical reports, inspection requests, as-built documentation and handover documents.
Monitor project progress and ensure Low Current works are completed according to project requirements and schedule.

Candidates must have 80% experience in high-rise buildings from their total experience.
