We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate site measurements, setting out, leveling, and ensuring construction works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. These responsibilities align with current construction surveyor roles in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys, measurements, leveling, and setting-out works.
Establish benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points.
Carry out setting out for foundations, columns, slabs, roads, drainage, and other construction works.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
Check elevations, dimensions, alignment, and coordinates against approved drawings.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built data.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them.
Maintain accurate survey records and ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS.
Good knowledge of setting out, leveling, benchmarks, coordinates, and site measurements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is an advantage.
Construction experience in villas, buildings, commercial, high-rise, or civil projects is preferred.
Bahrain/GCC experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
