We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate MEP works at construction sites. The candidate will ensure that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and fire protection works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP installation and site activities.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
Inspect MEP installations and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works.
Identify and resolve site coordination issues and MEP clashes.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable Bahrain regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of relevant MEP construction/site experience.
Strong experience in building construction projects; villa and high-rise experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MEP installation and coordination.
Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
