We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising MEP works on construction projects, ensuring that all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate MEP construction activities on site.
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection works.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and installation quality.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of MEP systems.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable Bahrain regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in MEP construction and building projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, or large villa projects is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
