We are looking for a Construction Planning Engineer with experience in building and construction projects to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and update construction schedules and project programs.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as planned.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other departments.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Track project milestones, critical activities, and delays.
Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans when required.
Follow up on manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities.
Assist in identifying project delays and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain proper planning and project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in construction planning.
Experience in building, villa, commercial, or high-rise projects.
Good knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
Knowledge of construction scheduling, progress monitoring, and critical path.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
