ERA Projects is looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with strong building construction experience to supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP site activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and work progress.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes and installation issues.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project HSE and safety requirements.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of relevant MEP construction/site supervision experience.
Strong building construction experience is a must.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
Experience supervising subcontractors and construction site teams.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates with primarily maintenance/facilities experience without strong construction experience may not be suitable.
