Rent and terms:
1. Rent: 750 SAR per month, to be paid quarterly: 2200 SAR (paid in advance)
2 . Refundable security deposit: One month’s rent, payable at the start and returned upon end of stay (subject to room condition)
3. Rent period starts from the date of agreement, regardless of the moving date
4. Two weeks’ notice is required from either party to terminate the agreement
5. Electricity charges will be billed monthly based on actual consumption via a dedicated meter
6. High-speed 300 Mbps fiber internet (Wi-Fi) provided free of charge
