DO (Delivery Order) linking and follow-up
Handling DP World, Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) & Mawani procedures
Coordination with shipping lines, agents and terminal representatives
Follow-up on container/shipment clearance and cargo release
Bayan/Fasah-related documentation and follow-up
Coordination with transporters for cargo delivery
Preparing and checking shipping and customs documents
Regular follow-up with customers and operational teams
Requirements:
Experience in Saudi customs clearance and logistics operations
Practical knowledge of DP World, RSGT and Mawani
Good understanding of DO linking and cargo release procedures
Knowledge of Bayan/Fasah is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle daily operational follow-ups independently
