📍 Location: Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Officer to manage procurement and warehouse operations for a company operating across construction, fabrication, engineering and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source materials, equipment, tools, machinery, spare parts and project requirements from local suppliers
• Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and material deliveries
• Coordinate procurement requirements with project, workshop and operations teams
• Manage receiving, storage, issuance and inventory records
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and project-wise material allocation
• Control material returns, surplus, scrap and off-cuts
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database
Required Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement / supply chain experience in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of suppliers and the industrial and construction markets in Dammam, Khobar, Jubail and the Eastern Province
• Practical sourcing experience covering construction and fabrication materials, industrial equipment, machinery, tools, spare parts and workshop requirements
• Experience with construction, fabrication, engineering, industrial or contracting companies is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, vendor sourcing and supplier-management skills
• Ability to understand BOQs, material specifications and technical purchasing requirements
• Good Excel / ERP and inventory-control skills
• Saudi driving license preferred
