• Hydro milling/hydrojetting of piping and equipment as per approved procedure.
• Hose/nozzle installation, cleaning activities and safe equipment handling.
• Follow PTW, JSA and Aramco HSE requirements.
2. Hydro Milling Pump Operator – 2 Nos.
• Operate high-pressure hydro milling pumps and monitor pressure/flow.
• Perform equipment checks and maintain pumps, hoses and accessories.
• Follow all safety and operating procedures.
3. Hydro Milling Supervisor – 2 Nos.
• Supervise hydro milling activities and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with approved method statement, PTW, JSA and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, construction and client representatives.
4. Lube Oil Flushing Skid (Minimac) Operator – 2 Nos.
• Operate flushing skid and maintain required circulation/flow.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, filters and flushing condition.
• Maintain equipment and flushing records.
5. Pre-Commissioning Technician – 4 Nos.
• Prepare lube oil system for flushing and install temporary connections.
• Carry out flushing, filter/strainer inspection and system checks.
• Maintain checklists, records and support inspection activities.
6. Pre-Commissioning Supervisor – 1 No.
• Supervise complete lube oil flushing activities and manpower.
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning and ARAMCO.
• Ensure approved procedures, PTW, JSA, HSE and documentation requirements are followed.
