Virtual Solutions Transportation & Logistics is looking for an Operations Executive to join our Riyadh team.
We are seeking a motivated candidate with 1 - 2 years of experience in the Saudi logistics/transportation industry who can effectively coordinate daily operations and communicate with drivers and customers.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and shipment operations.
* Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely vehicle placement and loading.
* Follow up on shipments from pickup/loading until delivery and POD completion.
* Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and operational requirements.
* Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth execution of trips.
* Maintain accurate shipment, trip, POD and operational records.
* Prepare daily/weekly operational reports using Excel.
* Monitor operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick resolution.
* Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of operational records.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* 1 - 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia’s logistics / transportation industry.
* Good knowledge of local transportation operations and driver coordination.
* Fluent Arabic, English and Hindi communication skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Candidates currently based in Riyadh are preferred.
* Saudi Valid Driving license.
