About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Expediting professional to monitor supplier manufacturing progress and ensure timely delivery of critical equipment for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expediting experience, a solid grasp of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor supplier manufacturing progress, documentation, and logistics
Track critical path items and identify potential delivery risks
Conduct supplier visits as required
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, quality, and end-user teams
Escalate delays and propose mitigation measures
Prepare expediting status reports and delivery forecasts
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
Minimum 6–10 years of expediting experience in large-scale industrial projects
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and critical path analysis
Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and critical equipment
Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills
