Job Responsibilities
Monitor company vehicles through the GPS tracking system.
Track vehicle locations, routes, stops, and movements in real time.
Monitor speeding, unauthorized stops, route deviations, and vehicle idle time.
Prepare daily GPS and fleet movement reports.
Coordinate with drivers and Transport Supervisors regarding vehicle movements.
Report any abnormal or unauthorized vehicle movement immediately.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle trips, working hours, and route activities.
Support the Transport Operations team in improving fleet utilization and control.
Monitor vehicle compliance with company transportation policies.
Follow up on GPS alerts and ensure corrective action is taken.
Requirements
Previous experience in GPS monitoring or fleet operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of GPS tracking systems.
Basic knowledge of fleet and transport operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Ability to work under pressure and monitor multiple vehicles.
Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented.
