Roles & Responsibilities
Should have knowledge of EPDM membrane waterproofing
Should have knowledge of corrugated roof metal sheet repair .
Should have knowledge of floor epoxy work.
Assess project sites, meticulously identifying areas requiring waterproofing solutions, and evaluating existing conditions for optimal application.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion of waterproofing materials, crucial for long-term performance.
Apply various waterproofing materials, including membranes, coatings, and sealants, with precision, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Install and maintain drainage systems, such as French drains and weeping tiles, to effectively manage water runoff and prevent water accumulation.
