Networking: Practical experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points, with working knowledge of VLANs, Inter-VLAN routing, OSPF, EIGRP, static routing, STP/RSTP, and EtherChannel. Comfortable troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues using a structured, root-cause approach.
IT Support: First- and second-line technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, desktop and laptop deployment, device imaging, user account management, and end-to-end new-employee onboarding.
Operations & Documentation: System and network performance monitoring, routine data backups, IT asset and configuration documentation, and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
