Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
• Strong skills in sushi preparation, sashimi, nigiri & maki
• Knowledge of Japanese food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Relevant experience in restaurants or hotels preferred
