Packaged Substations and LV Electrical Panels, including LCC, Metering, Automation & Control Panels
Testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and site coordination
QA/QC, project execution, and operational support
Experienced in electrical manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary team coordination, including:
Manufacturing operations from material receiving to final delivery, covering packaged substations and LV panels
Production, assembly, testing, and quality control of electrical panels
Estimation, costing, procurement, and cost control
Workflow optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvement
Coordination between engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and project teams
Technical discussions with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients
Supporting project follow-up from RFQ stage to manufacturing, delivery, and payment collection
