We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Electrical to manage and coordinate electrical engineering activities across EPC projects, from design through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical works from engineering, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning.
Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and technical compliance.
Review electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, procurement teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Supervise installation of transformers, RMUs, LV/MV/HV switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, UPS, battery systems, cabling, lighting, and earthing.
Lead testing & commissioning activities and ensure systems meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and project standards.
Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, RFIs, submittals, and test reports.
Resolve technical/site issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
💼 6–10 years’ EPC experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects
🌍 Saudi Arabia / Middle East experience preferred
⚡ Experience with HV/MV systems, substations, or industrial electrical projects
📌 Familiarity with Saudi Aramco / SABIC projects is an advantage
💻 Proficiency in MS Project and project planning tools
🤝 Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
