Manager – Aluminium Division
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Aluminium fabrication, installation, and project execution activities.
• Oversee estimation, tendering, and sales functions to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
• Manage factory operations, including production planning, manpower deployment and resource optimization to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Should have thorough knowledge in material procurement and experience in rate analysis.
• Control project budgets, monitor division financial performance, and ensure profitability.
• Maintain strong client, consultant, and supplier relationships to secure new business.
• Lead, motivate, and develop engineering and production teams for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / related discipline).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Aluminium and Glazing projects, with 10 years in the GCC region.
• Proven record in estimation, execution, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• GCC driving license is an advantage.
