China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for an experienced Technical Electrical Engineer to join our construction project team.
🔹 Position: Technical Electrical Engineer
🔹 Experience: 10+ Years
⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
Strong experience in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4 & 5-Star Hotel projects.
At least 80% of the candidate’s total experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Candidates without high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.
Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, technical coordination, construction and commissioning.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and coordinate electrical design drawings, shop drawings, specifications and IFC drawings.
Review material submittals, technical submittals, method statements and RFIs.
Supervise and provide technical support for electrical installation works.
Coordinate power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, earthing, lightning protection and other electrical systems.
Coordinate electrical works with Mechanical, Civil, Architectural and other MEP disciplines.
Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts and site coordination problems.
Review BIM models and multidisciplinary coordination to identify clashes and constructability issues.
Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and quality requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Participate in testing, commissioning, inspection and handover activities.
Prepare technical reports, inspection documentation and as-built requirements.
Support procurement through technical evaluation of electrical materials and equipment.
Monitor progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed according to project schedules.
