China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for an experienced Technical Mechanical Engineer to join our construction project team.

👍Mandatory Experience Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
Strong experience in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4 & 5-Star Hotel projects.
At least 80% of the candidate’s total experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Candidates without relevant high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.
Strong knowledge of building mechanical/MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, chilled-water systems, and related services.
👌👍Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate mechanical design drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Provide technical support for the installation and execution of mechanical works.
Supervise and monitor HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, chilled-water and other mechanical systems.
Coordinate mechanical works with Civil, Architectural, Electrical and other MEP disciplines.
Review material submittals, equipment datasheets, method statements and technical submissions.
Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and site coordination problems.
Ensure mechanical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and quality requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
Monitor testing, commissioning, inspection and handover activities.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection records and project documentation.
Support the project team in achieving quality, safety and schedule objectives.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Candidates must have 80% experience in high-rise buildings from their total experience.
