Experienced RO Plant Operator and Plumbing Supervisor with over 11 years of practical experience in reverse osmosis plant operations, industrial water treatment, plumbing installations, and team supervision. Demonstrated background in supervising plumbing teams, coordinating with site engineers, managing field technicians, and enforcing strict safety compliance on commercial and institutional sites.
 
Key Skills & Competencies

Water Treatment & RO Systems: RO plant operation and maintenance, RO membrane cleaning/replacement, water quality monitoring, and pump, motor, and filter upkeep. 
Plumbing & Piping: Commercial plumbing installation, maintenance, pipe fitting, and leak detection. 
Maintenance & Operations: Preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and daily operational reporting. 
Supervision & Management: On-site team leadership, manpower and material allocation, task delegation, and work quality inspection.
