Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated AI Graphic Designer / Video Shooter to join our F&B group.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our brand, including:
1. Social media graphics,
2. Product photography,
3. Videos, Reels,
4. TikTok content,
5. Promotional campaigns, and
6. Matcha/Café lifestyle content.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in coffee shop, café, restaurant, or F&B content creation and be comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
Key Responsibilities
• Create creative and engaging designs for social media, promotions, campaigns, menus, offers, and digital marketing.
• Shoot high-quality photos and videos of coffee, beverages, desserts, food, products, café interiors, staff, and customer experiences.
• Produce and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, Stories, and other social platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special occasions.
• Edit videos with appropriate music, captions, transitions, effects, and branding.
• Create Arabic and English visual content according to the brand's communication style.
• Use AI tools to generate creative ideas, images, backgrounds, content concepts, and design assets.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance photography, video editing, graphic design, and social media production.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, and visual style.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to identify daily content opportunities.
• Stay updated with current social media, design, video, AI, and F&B content trends.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Video Shooting, Content Creation, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a Coffee Shop, Café, Restaurant, F&B, or Hospitality environment is required/preferred.
• Strong understanding of coffee shop and F&B products, branding, and customer-focused content.
• Arabic proficiency is required, with the ability to understand and create Arabic social media and promotional content.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Strong photography and videography skills, including knowledge of framing, composition, lighting, and product shooting.
• Experience creating Reels, TikTok videos, Snapchat content, and other short-form videos.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create attractive coffee, food, beverage, and lifestyle photography/video content.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio of graphic design, photography, videography, and social media content is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Experience working with a coffee, café, restaurant, or lifestyle brand.
• Knowledge of Saudi/GCC social media trends and audience preferences.
• Experience using AI to accelerate content creation and creative production.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a creative Arabic-speaking junior designer/content creator who working in the coffee-shop/F&B industry, can independently shoot and edit engaging content, and is interested in using AI technology to create high-quality visual content efficiently.
Portfolio
Candidates must provide a portfolio containing relevant examples of:
• Graphic design
• Coffee/F&B photography
• Product photography
• Video shooting and editing
• Instagram Reels / TikTok / Snapchat content
• Social media campaigns
• AI-assisted creative work, if available
