Pressure vessels and tanks
Welding and fabrication — SMAW, GTAW, GMAW/FCAW, etc.
Welding procedure qualification — WPS/PQR/WPQ
Welder qualification and certification
NDT/NDE — RT, UT, MT, PT, and preferably PAUT/TOFD
ASME Section VIII — pressure vessels
ASME Section IX — welding qualifications
ASME Section V — NDE
API standards, particularly API 510/570/653 depending on your activities
Material identification and traceability — MTC, heat numbers, PMI
Dimensional inspection and fit-up
Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing
PWHT and pre-/post-weld inspection
Piping fabrication and inspection
Coating/painting inspection
ITP/QCP preparation and implementation
Inspection reports, NCR, CAR and corrective actions
Vendor/subcontractor inspection and quality surveillance
Client inspection and third-party inspection coordination
Experience dealing with Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Energy or other major industrial clients would be advantageous.
Strong practical experience in ISO 9001 implementation, not merely certification/documentation
Development and implementation of Quality Management Systems
Internal and external ISO audits
