🎯 Position: Sustainability Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead sustainability, green-building compliance and certification activities for a major luxury hospitality development.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead the project’s sustainability strategy and implementation across design and construction.
Manage LEED® and Mostadam certification requirements, submissions and compliance.
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Design, Construction, MEP, QA/QC and specialist sustainability teams.
Review drawings, specifications, materials and construction activities for sustainability compliance.
Monitor energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, indoor environmental quality and sustainable materials.
Track sustainability credits, documentation, evidence and certification milestones.
Conduct site inspections and sustainability audits and identify corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure sustainability requirements are implemented on site.
Prepare sustainability reports, trackers and compliance documentation for project management.
Support commissioning, testing and final certification/handover requirements.
🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science or related field.
🚨 LEED® AP (BD+C) Certification – Mandatory
🚨 Mostadam Accreditation/Certification Experience – Mandatory
✅ Proven experience in large-scale building / high-rise projects.
⭐ 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of LEED BD+C, Mostadam and sustainable building practices.
✅ Strong understanding of Saudi building requirements and sustainability standards.
