Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in BBQ in restaurant and catering
• Expert in authentic Pakistani BBQ and other grilled specialties.
• Experience in food preparation, marination, and charcoal grilling.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality, taste and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of food quality standards, costing, and service excellence
• Experience in high-volume or multi-cuisine environments is a plus
