The candidate should have proven experience in **high-rise buildings, large-scale projects, industrial projects, and data centers**, including experience supplying new data center developments.
Strong knowledge of the **Saudi market** and established contacts with major **EPC companies, MEP/electrical contractors, consultants, and large contracting companies** are essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, business development, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
