We start by reviewing your contract, the programme, and your site records to understand exactly what's provable and what isn't — no claim goes out that we can't stand behind. From there we build the time impact analysis, tie it to the specific clauses that support entitlement, and put together a submission structured the way an owner's claims team actually reviews it, not the way a generic template assumes they will.
We work with contractors and subcontractors across all regions of the Kingdom, on projects of varying scale, and we're comfortable stepping into a claim mid-way if it's already in trouble.
