POSITION
Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in fiberglass and composite manufacturing,
preferably in the boatbuilding or marine industry.
- Hands-on experience with hand lay-up, resin infusion, fiberglass lamination, and
fiberglass repair techniques.
- Strong knowledge of fiberglass fabrics, polyester and epoxy resins, gelcoat, core
materials, and composite manufacturing materials.
- Experience in mold preparation, surface preparation, trimming, grinding, bonding, and
finishing of fiberglass components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, laminate schedules, work instructions,
and production specifications.
- Good understanding of resin mixing, curing, and composite lamination processes.
- Proficiency in safely operating hand tools, power tools, and fiberglass processing
equipment.
- Good attention to detail, quality workmanship, and commitment to workplace safety.
