Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with 15 years or more of relevant experience in construction quality management, with strong hands-on experience in bridge and precast concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA/QC Plan and quality procedures.
Manage all QA/QC activities for bridge and precast works.
Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, Inspection Requests, and Material Submittals.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
Supervise quality inspections for precast elements, concrete works, reinforcement, casting, curing, lifting, transportation, and installation.
Monitor concrete testing, laboratory activities, and material quality.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality matters.
Conduct internal inspections and audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
Review quality documentation, inspection records, test reports, and handover documents.
Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures and quality control systems at site and precast facilities.
Lead and supervise the QA/QC team and coordinate daily inspection activities.
Identify quality risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.
Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project management and the client/consultant.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in major infrastructure projects.
Strong and proven experience in bridge construction and precast concrete works is mandatory.
Good knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, precast production, installation, and structural works.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, inspections, and testing.
Experience working with consultants, clients, and major contractors.
Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant international and project specifications/standards.
Saudi/GCC project experience is preferred.

Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
