- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
-Marine industry experience is preferred, particularly in power boat manufacturing or repair.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, workflow optimization, and production process control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, technical specifications, and laminate schedules.
- Good understanding of quality management systems, workplace safety practices, and marine manufacturing requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning/reporting tools
