We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to join our construction team and oversee MEP works at project sites, including villas and high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at construction sites.
Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural activities to avoid site conflicts.
Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor installation progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct inspections, identify defects and snags, and coordinate necessary corrective works.
Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, material requirements, and manpower reports.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction, safety, and site regulations.
Follow proper PPE and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
Monitor material usage, equipment, and manpower requirements on site.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience as an MEP Site Engineer in building construction projects.
Experience with villas and/or high-rise buildings is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Bahrain construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
