Experienced & Certified (WPR) available in Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements / Skills:
Valid Work Permit Receiver (WPR) / SEC 3rd Party Approved Certificate
6 years Saudi experience
Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) system
Experience with Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, Excavation & Work at Height permits
Knowledge of JSA/JSP, Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification
Knowledge of LOTO / Isolation procedures
Ability to verify PPE, gas testing, barricading, access/egress and other permit controls
Conduct and participate in Toolbox Talks / Pre-Job Briefings
Monitor work activities according to approved permit conditions
Coordinate with Permit Issuer, HSE, Supervisor, Engineer and work crew
Maintain permit logs, records and proper permit closure
Ability to identify unsafe conditions and stop/hold work when required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Transferable Iqama / Freelance availability can be mentioned if applicable
