We are looking for a **motivated & results-driven Sales Executive** with strong **B2B sales and business development experience**, preferably in manpower supply, construction, industrial services, or contracting.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Develop new clients and business opportunities
* Generate manpower requirements and leads
* Build strong client & contractor relationships
* Conduct client visits and negotiations
* Prepare quotations and follow up on orders/contracts
* Identify new projects and manpower opportunities
* Achieve monthly sales targets
👤 Requirements
5+ years relevant sales/business development experience
* Saudi Arabia market experience preferred
* Strong client/contractor network
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Valid **Saudi Driving License**
* Valid & transferable **Iqama**
* Willing to travel for client visits
