Are you experienced in fleet maintenance, asset optimization, and operational efficiency? We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Specialist to join our logistics operations and help drive fleet reliability, safety, and performance.
Key Focus Areas:
Fleet Maintenance & Upkeep: Oversee routine servicing, preventive maintenance schedules, and rapid breakdown resolution.
Asset Tracking & Compliance: Ensure full vehicle compliance, documentation, registration, and safety standard adherence.
Cost & Vendor Management: Monitor maintenance expenses, manage vendor relationships, and optimize vehicle lifecycle costs.
Operational Efficiency: Track fuel consumption, route efficiency, and fleet utilization metrics to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years proven experience in fleet management, logistics operations, or vehicle maintenance oversight.
Strong organizational skills and data-driven approach to tracking fleet metrics.
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, drivers, and external vendors.
