We are looking for commercially driven Business Development Executives with strong experience in Inspection, Testing & Certification (TIC) and established industry connections in the Saudi market.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate new business leads and convert opportunities into revenue
* Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
* Prepare proposals, pre-qualification documents and commercial offers
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead vendor registration and client prequalification processes
* Identify market trends, competitors and client requirements
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports and CRM updates
* Drive business growth across Oil & Gas, Power and Infrastructure sectors
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
⭐ MBA preferred
✅ 7–10 years of Business Development experience
✅ Experience in Inspection / Testing / Certification preferred
✅ Proven track record in Oil & Gas, Power or Infrastructure
✅ Strong client acquisition and commercial negotiation experience
✅ Experience in contract closure and business development
✅ Strong industry network in either:

✔️ Strong business writing & presentation skills
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Arabic preferred
✔️ Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet business targets
✔️ Willingness to travel within the assigned region
