• 10 to 12 years on building construction projects, most of it site-based
• Experience on high-rise or large residential and commercial buildings in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Active Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation
• Working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, Saudi Electricity Company requirements and Civil Defense rules for fire alarm systems
• Comfort working hands-on in a lean team
