My experience includes piping spool fabrication, fit-up and welding inspection, isometric drawing interpretation, hydrostatic pressure testing, leak testing, mechanical clearance, punch-list clearance, material coordination, manpower planning, daily/weekly progress reporting, and execution of mechanical works as per project specifications, drawings, quality and safety requirements.
I also have hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and operation of Fire Pump Rooms, including Main Fire Pumps, Jockey Pumps, High-Pressure Pumps, Feed Pumps, centrifugal pumps and associated firefighting systems. I am familiar with firefighting pipelines, sprinkler systems, deluge valves, foam systems, pressure gauges, valves, Victaulic/grooved piping systems and routine preventive maintenance activities.
