📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage arbitration cases related to logistics operations
• Investigate lost and damaged shipment cases and identify the root cause
• Review case details, operational records, and supporting evidence
• Ensure all cases are handled according to company SOPs and processes
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team and follow up on investigations and resolutions
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports and track case progress
• Identify issues, follow up with responsible teams, and ensure timely case closure
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a logistics, courier, express delivery, or supply-chain company
• Previous experience in arbitration, claims, dispute handling, or process management is highly preferred
• Experience investigating lost & damaged shipment cases is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of the overall logistics operation process
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and strictly follow SOPs
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
⭐ Preferred: Candidates with previous claims-handling experience in logistics or related industries will have an added advantage.
